Koos Hotel&Apartments - City Aparthotel - Munich

I thoroughly enjoyed beautiful room in this hotel.

The breakfast was good hot and great with Cheese, industrial produced Sausages and also Croissants, and also the staff were all absolutely outstanding. The location turned out to be great, short walk to bus stations and the tram and metro. Went to Ratskeller Munchen for drink or two, set not too far from the hotel.

The rooms - recently refurbished, extremely pleasant with a good view as well as washing machine. Warm breakfast selection with industrial produced Sausages and a great view, for example. Magnificent location, next to Sendlinger Tor Gate Tower...

Had a blast with friends! The place was close to great spots, like the famous Marienplatz and the lively Bayrischer Hof nightclub. The rooms were spacious, accommodating all our needs, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up, the area can get a bit busy but it's a short walk to some cool sights and restaurants nearby.

It was pretty disruptive, and the management didn't handle our concerns well.

Very convenient location of the hotel, very comfortable kitchenette, all necessary things are. Very good soundproofing.

There's no slippers in the room. It's fine.

This place was just a well-suited match for a short weekend trip in Munich with fantastic value for money. I appreciated the little kitchenette in the apartment where I could make coffee and store snacks. Make sure to bring your own laundry drying solution because the clothes horse didn't work great.

My practical and functional room came with the bathroom, 2 couches pushed together, kitchen. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Sendlinger Tor Gate Tower;))

Clean rooms with a washing machine, but wi-fi was unreliable and weak.

Excellent location (short walking distance from Munchen downtown), a little bit weird that it's all Arab neighborhood - but this caused absolutely no problem. Safe, friendly and excellent value for money!

Great location near the subway, spacious three-room apartment for our family of five. Perfect for exploring the area!

As another review noted, it's a "Muslim-oriented" establishment :-) complete with a prayer mat and a copy of Qur'an in a closet (which was an interesting change from the usual Bible in a drawer). - The location was excellent, and the price we got was fantastic. - The "simple" Suite provided enough room for our family of three. - The staff were very helpful to all our requests.

- We could have used a table for eating the breakfast/meals we prepared in the kitchen. - The reception is not 24h; closes at 22:00 (or earlier on weekends). - Oh, and the sound insulation between rooms is not adequate: if you (like us) are unlucky to get some noisy neighbours, expect to listen to TV (in Arabic!), songs and fights till well after midnight...
